I use third-party services (data processors) on this site, and I list them specifically (with links to their privacy policies) in the sections below.

I disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to sub- contractors that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on my behalf or to provide services, and (ii) that have agreed, in writing, not to disclose it to others. Some of those sub-contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. By using this website and services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. I will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. I use cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of my services, and their website access preferences. I describe the specific cookies used in the sections below. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using this website, with the drawback that certain features may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

What Personal Data I Collect And Why I Collect It

Registered Users

I do not allow visitors from the public to register as users on this website.

Publishing Content (Comments, Pages, Posts, Forums)

All content is provided by me; visitors cannot leave comments, forum posts, contribute to any articles or posts directly through this website, or upload media files of any type.

Email/Contact Forms

I use Google/G Suite to process all internal email and communication with my visitors. Google’s privacy policy is available here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Visitors that email me or use any of the contact forms on this website, will have their email address, IP address, and any data provided in the contact form or body of the email stored in G Suite archives, or with the SMS text messaging third-party service provider, ClockworkSMS. The ClockworkSMS privacy policy may be found here: https://legal.mediaburst.co.uk/privacy-policy/2-0-0.

Embedded Content and Links

Embeds are pieces from other websites that are shown from time-to-time on this website. They behave in exactly the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website and may use cookies or capture information. Typically, embedded content is from websites that share videos, images, or other content. These services may collect your IP Address, your User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including correlating your interaction with the content with your account with that service, if you are logged in to that service.

I may embed pieces from other websites, from time-to-time, in blog articles.  Credits for them are clearly noted and privacy questions may be directed to those sources.

Links (hyperlinks) point to pages on other websites. Privacy questions about those websites should be directed to them.
